The Kenton 1st XV and U11 XII took on Pembroke yesterday at Home here in Nairobi.
The 1stXV had a real humdinger of a game. It could have gone either way, but in the end finished 17-15 to Pembroke. Great Rugby!
The U11 XII were not so good. They were comprehensively outplayed by Pembroke, who ran away with it for a 45-0 scoreline.

The award for good sportsmanship of the term goes to the Kenton 1st Boys Hockey team. When playing down on the astroturf in Nairobi, they were being beaten 5-0. We were awarded a goal. The boys looked around to see who had scored it. None of them had touched the ball in the 'D'. So, they informed the umpire that they had not touched the ball. Goal unawarded! We lost 6-0 in the end, but could hold our heads up high!

The Kenton 1st Boys Hockey team pulled off a remarkable and fantastic victory over Braeburn yesterday.
Coming back from a 6-0 defeat to them earlier in the term, the Kenton boys showed real guts and determination to win.
A change in tactics and formation helped us to play more hockey in their half and win the game.
We opened the scoring with a great goal in the goalmouth. They came back strong and scored one of their own. Kenton went ahead again with some awesome build up play down the left flank, culminating in a well taken goal. Braeburn came back again after a soft short corner. With a minute and a hlf remanining we worked the ball up to their D and stuck it in the back of the goal.
All three of our goals were scored by man of the match Wasim, playing in a freer role up front.
Final score 3-2 to Kenton
Well done lads, heads up for the 6's now!!
