Super Series Rugby

Congratulations to Mr. Aung, who was appointed Captain of the Cheetahs in this year's Super Series Rugby. Did anyone from school watch the first game on Super Sport and see him score the winning try?

Kenton is very proud of you Mr. Aung, good luck in the tournament!

Ndume 7's
This year's Ndume 7's Rugby Tournament will be on Saturday 19th June. Kenton have entered teams at U11 and U13 levels. Parents and children in Yr 8 are reminded that even though the Yr 8's will have arrived back at school from their Mt. Kenya expedition a few days before, they are expected to attend the tournament if selected. It is not optional.

Parents Bleep Test

There was not a particularly impressive turnout for the Parent's Bleep Test Challenge here at school. Perhaps the Kenton parents were scared of being shown up by their children?! Well done to the 3 parents who did come along and have a go at it- they had the bragging rights round their dinner table that night!

Mr. Aung was on fine form and looked like he would never stop- in fact it took a power cut to stop the CD and him!

Despite the poor turnout on the parents front we shall continue to do these sessions and hope the parents will be braver next time! Watch this space
