As I sit thinking about the term ahead, I am wondering if there are any parents brave enough to compete for Kenton at the Greensteds Duathlon on Saturday 29 November at Greensteds in Nakuru?

 There is an opening for 2 or 3 parents to compete in this event for the school. It is a 25 length (25metre pool) swim and a 5.5km run.

 If you think you have what it takes then come and see me. First come first served!
